Supporting Local Employment and Economic Growth

At Nutsacademy, growth is not measured only by the number of trees we plant or the size of our orchards. It is also reflected in the opportunities created for the people who live around us.

Located in Talvorik, a rural community in Armenia’s Armavir region, Nutsacademy has become a source of employment for local residents, providing jobs across different areas of its daily operations.

An important part of this is creating employment opportunities for women in the community. Today, local women are involved in different roles at Nutsacademy, from working in the orchards and supporting agricultural activities to working in the kitchen and other areas of the company’s operations.

For many rural communities, access to stable employment close to home can make a meaningful difference. It allows people to earn an income within their own community while continuing to remain close to their families and everyday responsibilities.

As Nutsacademy continues to develop, we believe that the company’s growth should also create value beyond our orchards. By creating jobs, developing local skills and providing new employment opportunities, we aim to contribute to the long-term economic activity of Talvorik and the surrounding communities.l

Behind the growth of Nutsacademy are the people who work with us every day. Their contribution is an essential part of what we are building, and as the company grows, we hope the opportunities around it will grow as well.
