About us

In June 2023, a vision took root — one built on growth, innovation, and sustainability. Agro Union CJSC, the company behind the Nutsacademy brand, was founded with a shared passion for shaping the future of agriculture in Armenia. Our journey began in the fertile soils of the Armavir region, where we saw an opportunity to revolutionize the nation’s farming landscape through modern, sustainable practices.

At the heart of our mission is walnut cultivation. With 300 hectares of orchards under development, we’re not just growing trees — we’re cultivating a legacy. Through Nutsacademy, we are creating a brand that represents quality, innovation, and the spirit of Armenian agriculture. It stands as a symbol of our commitment to education, sustainability, and the promotion of local expertise in premium nut production.

Our ambitions go beyond walnut orchards. Agro Union is expanding into diverse agricultural directions — from soil improvement to eco-friendly farming technologies — ensuring that every step we take contributes to a stronger, greener agricultural future.

Today, we are a team of over 20 dedicated professionals, united by a common goal. In the coming years, we aim to grow to more than 70 employees, creating new jobs and supporting local communities.

Our first walnut harvest is expected in 3-4 years. Although the trees are still in the early stages of growth, Nutsacademy is already investing in soil development, irrigation systems, and sustainable farming practices to ensure a strong, healthy future yield.

Nutsacademy combines innovation, sustainability, and education. We don’t just grow walnuts — we aim to create a learning platform for modern agriculture, promote eco-friendly farming methods, and strengthen Armenia’s position as a producer of premium nuts for local and international markets.

The name symbolizes both our core product and our mission — to grow nuts and nurture knowledge. “Academy” reflects our goal to educate, inspire, and innovate within Armenia’s agricultural sector, turning farming into a modern and respected profession.
